509 offers a range of balaclavas designed to fit comfortably under your helmet while providing extra warmth and wind protection. Here’s a quick guide to help you find the right size:

General Sizing

• Small/Medium (SM/MD): Fits head circumferences around 55-58 cm¹.
• Large/Extra Large (LG/XL): Fits head circumferences around 59-62 cm¹.

How to Measure

1. Head Circumference: Measure the circumference of your head just above your ears and eyebrows. Use a flexible tape measure to get an accurate measurement.
2. Fit: The balaclavas are designed to be stretchy and breathable, ensuring a snug yet comfortable fit.

Types of 509 Balaclavas

• Lightweight Pro Balaclava: Made from breathable, stretchy polyester, perfect for basic cold weather protection².
• Heavyweight Pro Balaclava: Offers more insulation for extremely cold conditions³.
• Ignite Heated Balaclava: Features midweight windproof laminate with a polyester knit face, and is available in SM/MD sizing¹.
