How to check if my 509 Mach V or Delta V Commander has the latest firmware/software?
In the Cardo App, connect to your helmet.
Once connected, the app should prompt a firmware or software update for the helmet.
Leave the app open while the updates are made. This could take 10-15 minutes, depending on the update. Ensure your phone battery has a good battery level to be able to conduct the update. If there is not enough battery, the app will alert the user to plug in phone to resume updates.
Checking the Firmware/Software Status:
In the Cardo App, find the setting button (top left). Click on the helmet that is connected to the app. This will provide specific details to confirm software version.
